Dried Fruit Packaging Machine | Zipper Pouch for Mango, Raisin & Cranberry

Dried mango slices, raisins, cranberries, and apple rings come in different shapes, moisture levels, and stickiness. Our premade pouch packaging machine handles them all — with or without added sugar, vacuum fried, or freeze-dried.

The machine is designed for sticky and irregular dried fruit pieces. Unlike standard granule fillers, our system uses a servo-driven filler with non-stick coating and vibration assistance to prevent clogging. Fruit slices remain intact without excess dust generation.

Pouch options fully supported:

Stand-up pouches with clear window for display

Zipper bags for resealable home packs

Flat pouches for small sample sizes

Gusseted bags for bulk dried fruit

A key advantage for dried fruit packers is the oxygen-absorbing system. We offer two options: nitrogen flush (for standard shelf life) or oxygen absorber insertion (for extended storage without refrigeration).

The machine includes:

Automatic pouch feeding and opening

Volume or weight-based filling

Zipper presser (if using zipper pouches)

Final seal and cooling station

Optional gas flush and date coder

Speed ranges from 20 to 40 pouches per minute for standard dried fruits. For large pieces like whole dried figs or mango cheeks, slower speeds with larger filling buckets are recommended.
