Film Conveying and Positioning
The roll packaging film is unfolded by the tension adjustment system, and the printed color mark is captured by the photoelectric sensor (positioning accuracy ±0.5mm). The servo system dynamically compensates for the film stretching error to ensure accurate sealing and cutting positions.
Product Loading
The conveyor belt pushes the packaged material to the former. The feed trajectory of the special-shaped product is adjusted by 3D visual positioning (adapting to 8 permutations and combinations), and the regular product directly enters the cylindrical cavity formed by the film.
Three-dimensional sealing
Longitudinal sealing: The middle sealing wheel completes hot melt bonding in the length direction of the film at a temperature of 130-180℃ (sealing strength ≥15N/15mm)
Horizontal sealing: The rotary sealing knife synchronously cuts and seals both ends, and the anti-miscutting system is used to reduce the scrap rate
Finished product output
The cut independent packaging is shaped in the cooling section and output through the flat belt conveyor system (speed matching 30-230 packages/minute)
