Straght line Automatic filling sealing machine:
This is a high-speed linear coffee capsule filling and sealing machine. It is the first real high-speed disc type coffee filling, sealing and packaging machine in China. The maximum speed of the whole machine reaches 50 times per minute. At the same time, with advanced electrical appliances, appearance and safety design, it has reached the domestic first-class level.

Vertical Capsules Loading Station
1. Manually placing the stackable capsules on pile onto the inclined rack, and pushing them into the capsules magazine.
2. The Capsules will be denester and dropped into the capsule module plates one by one automatically
Servo Auger Filling Station :
1. With Nitrogen flushing function inside the 10L visual stuff hopper;* With world famous Schneider brand servo motor driving auger filling system .
2. With mixing system to flat the powder level for a better filling accuracy .
3. With tuning fork type level sensor to control the stuff feeding automatically .
4. With flexible movable hopper, the hopper can be pulled out for easy clean the hopper.
Tamping and top rim clean station
1. With tamping the powder and clean the capsule top rim for a better sealing surface;* With optional UV sterilization lamp and anti-static device.
2. With Nitrogen flushing tunnel to build a Oxygen-barrier environment to prolong the coffee shelf life.
Anti-static device.
Use nitrogen to flush the tunnel to create an oxygen-blocking environment and extend the shelf life of coffee/
Rolled Foil Lids Cutting Sealing Station
1. With world famous Schneider brand motor unwinding the film, film move accurately;* With premium steel sharp knife, the lids rim
is clean and good looking;
2. With Omron heat sealing unit3. With twice heat sealing unit, the sealing effect is tight and looks beautiful.
Swing Output Arm
