Vertical Capsules Loading Station

1. Manually placing the stackable capsules on pile onto the inclined rack, and pushing them into the capsules magazine.

  2. The Capsules will be denester and dropped into the capsule module plates one by one automatically .

Cup Feeding

1.Automatic load cups.

2.loading device can be changed to other size to satisfied your different coffee capsules.

Servo Auger Filling Station

1. With Nitrogen flushing function inside the 10L visual stuff hopper;* With world famous Schneider brand servo motor driving auger filling system .

2. With mixing system to flat the powder level for a better filling accuracy .

3. With tuning fork type level sensor to control the stuff feeding automatically .

4. With flexible movable hopper, the hopper can be pulled out for easy clean the hopper.

Coffee filling with nitrogen flushing

1.Automatically vacuum suck and convey coffee powder.

2.Servo motor control auger filling.

3.with filling nitrogen system ,nitrogen flush process from empty capsules to heat seal station.

Capsule sealing system

1.Automatic suck and place lidss.

2.Omoron brand automatically heat seal,line seal and flat seal.

3.Sealing material is copper ,Heat evenly ,sealing effect is more good .

Coffee capsule output

1.Automatically output finished product.
