Rotary Pre-Made Bag Packing Machine – 80 Bags/Min for Zipper & Stand-Up Pouches
This continuous motion rotary packing machine handles all pre-made bag types including flat pouches, zipper bags, doypacks, and stand-up pouches. Operating at speeds up to 80 bags per minute, the automatic filler sealer picks, opens, fills, and seals preformed bags in one rotation. The servo-driven bag grippers ensure accurate positioning for zipper resealable bags without jamming.
Key features include a bag feeding magazine with automatic reject for mis-picked pouches, a laser sensor for zipper alignment, and double sealing jaws for leak-proof closure. Changeover between different bag sizes takes under 10 minutes with touchscreen recipe storage.
The rotary design is ideal for 24/7 operation in snack, coffee, frozen food, and pet food packaging lines. Optional add-ons include gas flushing for extended shelf life, hole punching for hanging displays, and coding printers. CE certified and compatible with auger, cup, or liquid fillers based on your product type.
