The liquid and sauce packaging machine is a fully automatic pre-made bag filling and sealing system specifically designed for liquid and viscous products, widely used for packaging juice, beverages, milk, sauces, tomato ketchup, salad dressing, honey, cooking oil, shampoo, body wash, liquid detergent, and more. The machine performs automatic bag picking, opening, filling, air evacuation, sealing, and discharge in a fully automated process, significantly improving production efficiency and consistency.
The filling system features a high-precision piston pump metering device with accuracy up to ±0.5%, suitable for a wide viscosity range from low-viscosity liquids to thick sauces. For products containing particulates (such as fruit preserves or tomato sauce with chunks), a large-channel piston pump is available to prevent clogging and ensure smooth filling. Fill volume is infinitely adjustable via the touch-screen interface for easy operation. The entire machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel, with quick-connect fittings on all product-contact parts for easy disassembly and cleaning, meeting food hygiene standards and enabling rapid product changeovers.
The sealing system features constant-temperature control with precision-matched upper and lower sealing dies, delivering smooth, attractive, and reliable seals. Standard automatic detection features include no-bag-no-fill to prevent material waste. Packaging speed ranges from 20 to 60 bags per minute. We support non-standard customization based on customer bag dimensions, material properties, and capacity requirements, providing full-process service from solution design to installation and production launch.
