The filling system features a multi-head combination weigher as the core component, which uses combined calculations from multiple weighing hoppers to achieve target weight at optimal speed, delivering high precision and fast throughput. For lightweight and fragile products such as chips and puffed snacks, the combination weigher is paired with specially designed discharge chutes to minimize breakage and separation, preserving product integrity. For dried fruit and nuts, the weigher delivers stable accuracy across varying sizes and densities, ensuring consistent weight per bag.

Nitrogen flushing is available as an optional feature to extend product freshness and maintain crisp texture. The entire machine is constructed from 304 stainless steel, fully compliant with food hygiene standards. The sealing system incorporates constant-temperature control technology for smooth, attractive, and reliable seals. Packaging speed ranges from 30 to 60 bags per minute. The PLC control system with touch-screen HMI includes recipe storage for rapid changeovers.
