Product Description
This fully automatic stand up pouch packing machine is engineered for medium and small food processing factories, compatible with various premade pouch styles including stand up pouches, zipper pouches and spout pouches. It supports packaging for multiple materials such as nuts, snacks, powder, liquid and granular products, realizing one machine for multiple uses and greatly saving equipment investment costs for factory owners. The machine adopts a 8-station rotating working platform, with stable operation and low failure rate. The servo-driven film pulling and sealing system ensures neat and firm sealing without edge cracking. Equipped with high-precision combination weigher, auger dosing device and anti-drip liquid filling pump as optional modules, it can meet the metering requirements of different materials with an accuracy of ±0.5%. The whole machine is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which is easy to clean and fully complies with FDA food safety standards. We provide 12-month free warranty, on-site installation and commissioning and 24/7 remote technical support, and the equipment can be seamlessly connected with your existing production line
