Product Description
This auger dosing powder packing machine is specially developed for powder materials such as seasoning powder, milk powder, protein powder and flour. It adopts a 304 stainless steel full-enclosed metering auger structure, which effectively avoids powder flying and ensures no dead corners in the cleaning process. The metering accuracy can be controlled within ±1%, completely solving the problem of uneven powder metering in traditional packaging equipment. The equipment is equipped with a dust collection system at the bag feeding position, which can extract the floating powder generated during the packaging process, keep the workshop environment clean and prevent powder from adhering to the sealing position and affecting the sealing firmness. The servo motor drives the auger for quantitative rotation, and the parameters can be fine-tuned on the touch screen in real time. The whole line meets GMP production standards and is suitable for food and pharmaceutical grade high-standard production scenarios.
