Product Description
This anti-drip liquid packing machine is designed for liquid materials such as juice, sauce, edible oil and beverage. It uses a specially designed 304 stainless steel anti-drip filling nozzle, with no dripping or wire drawing during high-speed filling, which will not pollute the pouch body and the sealing edge. The piston-type metering cylinder can accurately adjust the filling volume, adapting to packaging specifications from 100ml to 5L. The equipment is equipped with a material heating and stirring optional module, which can handle high-viscosity materials such as tomato sauce and honey without sedimentation and stratification. The pipeline adopts quick-release connection design, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning, and supports CIP on-site cleaning. The whole machine has a waterproof protection level of IP65, which can adapt to the frequent flushing operation requirements of the liquid production workshop.
