The machine’s patented dual-stage zipper sealing system first gently pre-heats the zipper track to ensure full adhesion, then applies controlled pressure to avoid over-melting or warping the plastic, resulting in a perfect seal that remains fully functional after thousands of opening cycles. It comes with a modular filling station that can be quickly swapped between a multi-head weigher for granules, an anti-dust auger filler for powders, and a servo piston pump for liquids, eliminating the need for separate dedicated packaging lines. The system also supports optional nitrogen flushing to extend product shelf life, and a vision inspection module to automatically reject any pouches with misaligned zippers or incomplete seals, guaranteeing 100% product quality before they leave the machine.
