Flexible Bag Compatibility:
The machine accommodates a wide range of pre-made bag types including flat pillow bags, stand-up pouches, gusset bags, and zipper bags. Bag size ranges from width 50-300mm and length 50-450mm, with filling capacity up to 3000ml per pouch. Format changeover is quick and tool-free, minimizing downtime between production runs.
Fully Automated Operation:
The system integrates a complete workflow: automatic bag feeding, coding, bag opening detection, multi-station filling, heat sealing, and finished product output. The advanced PLC control system with touchscreen HMI allows operators to adjust filling volume, packing speed, and other parameters with ease. An automatic checking system monitors bag presence, opening status, filling accuracy, and sealing quality — the machine will automatically reject defective pouches and trigger alarms for abnormal conditions such as no bag, missed opening, or low air pressure.
