Integrated System Components:
The complete packaging line includes: automatic pouch magazine feeder, coding/printing unit, multi-station rotary filling and sealing machine, checkweigher, metal detector, and optional downstream equipment such as carton erectors, case packers, and palletizers. The modular design allows customized configuration based on specific production requirements — from a basic semi-automatic setup to a fully automated high-speed line producing up to 60 bags per minute.
Core Packaging Machinery:
The heart of the system is the rotary pre-made pouch filling and sealing machine, available with 5 to 8 stations depending on application complexity. This machine features: servo-driven indexing for accurate pouch positioning, PLC-controlled operation with intuitive touchscreen interface, automatic bag opening verification, multi-point sealing with temperature control, and CIP-compatible sanitary design. Bag size range covers 50-300mm width and 50-450mm length, accommodating most standard commercial pouch formats.
Flexible Filling Integration:
The system integrates seamlessly with various filling technologies: multihead weighers for granular products (snacks, nuts, grains), auger fillers for powders, piston pumps for liquids and sauces, and volumetric filling devices for pastes and viscous materials. Integration with robotic systems is also available for complex multi-component products or specialized handling requirements.
Quality Control Integration:
In-line quality assurance equipment ensures product consistency and safety. Checkweighers verify fill weight accuracy, metal detectors screen for contamination, and vision inspection systems check seal integrity and label placement. Automatic rejection mechanisms remove defective pouches from the line without stopping production, maintaining overall efficiency.
