Is your production line constantly delayed because workers cannot fold, erect, and tape boxes fast enough to keep up with your filling or packing equipment?
The gap between product packaging and case packing is one of the most overlooked—yet costly—bottlenecks in manufacturing. An Automatic Case Erector & Sealer Line eliminates this bottleneck entirely by taking flat corrugated blanks, automatically erecting them into opened cases, bottom-sealing them, and delivering them to your packing station at a consistent, programmable speed.
Why an integrated erector-sealer line beats separate machines or manual operation:
Speed that matches your production rhythm
Manual case erecting typically runs at 5-8 cases per minute, depending on operator skill and fatigue. Our automatic erector-sealer system delivers 15 to 25 cases per minute, fully synchronized with your downstream case packer or filling line. This means your upstream equipment never waits for boxes, and your downstream packing never outruns your box supply.
Two critical functions, one intelligent platform:
Automatic Case Erection: The system uses a vacuum suction head to pull a flat blank from the magazine, opens it to a square shape, and folds the bottom flaps. Powered by a servo motor, the erecting mechanism handles a wide range of case sizes—from small 200mm-width boxes to large 600mm-width shipping cartons—with simple manual adjustment or optional auto-size-change.
Automatic Bottom & Top Sealing: Once the case is erected and the product is loaded (either manually at a packing station or via an automatic packer), the sealing section applies hot melt glue or pressure-sensitive tape to the top and bottom flaps. The sealing head uses spring-loaded floating rollers that adapt to different box thicknesses, ensuring consistent seal tension without crushing the carton.
What you gain immediately after installation:
Labor reallocation: Move 1-2 workers from the tedious task of folding boxes to higher-value roles in quality control or line supervision
Material savings: Precise tape application reduces tape waste by up to 20% compared to manual sealing, and consistent bottom forming prevents corner damage that can lead to case rejection
Production line reliability: The machine runs for 8-10 hours continuously with minimal intervention—just refill the tape rolls and case magazine every 200-300 cycles
Built for harsh factory environments
With a heavy-duty carbon steel frame, IP54-rated electrical components, and PLC control, this system is engineered to operate reliably in dusty, warm, or high-humidity production floors commonly found in food, beverage, and consumer goods manufacturing.
