This full automatic pouch packaging line is an end-to-end integrated packaging solution for large and medium B2B food processing factories that need to build a fully unmanned high capacity packaging workshop. The whole packaging line can reach stable 60-150 bags per minute high speed output, and the central PLC control system can monitor the operation status of every single station in real time. It greatly reduces the number of operators needed in packaging workshop, cutting long term labor cost significantly.
The line can be customized according to your specific product type, bag specification and workshop layout. It also supports to connect with upstream processing production line directly, forming a complete closed loop from raw material processing to final finished product packaging.
