Custom PE Film Vertical Packaging Machine for Sauce Processing
Our VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) packaging machine is a highly integrated automated system that completes bag making, measuring, filling, and sealing in one continuous vertical operation. The PE film vertical packing machine leverages the excellent properties of PE film—including flexibility, barrier performance, and food safety compliance—to ensure reliable packaging quality.
The packaging process begins with unwinding the PE film roll, which is formed into a cylindrical shape through a vertical forming device and sealed on the side. The measuring system then accurately dispenses materials—including granular, powdery, liquid, or paste products—into the formed bag. Finally, the bottom and top are sealed, and finished packages are cut off to complete the cycle.
