Product Description
The automatic stand up pouch packing machine adopts premade pouch Doypack packaging technology, integrating pouch picking, opening, filling, sealing, and output. It is suitable for automated packaging needs in food and non-food industries. The machine is compatible with stand up pouches, zipper stand up pouches, irregular-shaped pouches, and more, meeting different product appearance and sealing requirements.
The machine is centrally controlled by PLC with a touch screen HMI for intuitive operation and multi-language display. The sealing system uses independent temperature control, ensuring stable sealing results for different composite pouch materials. The machine can be equipped with multihead combination weighers, auger fillers, liquid pumps, and other feeding devices to handle granules, powder, liquid, sauce, and more.
